Seven Resourcing are looking for PSV drivers (D License )  to work in Nottinghamshire County Council .

This position is full time and is paying £12+ per hour.

The Role:

To undertake a range of  passenger transport functions within Fleet Operations, ensuring effective provision in line with service requirements and customer  needs. The  post that we require are for driving the PSV buses on a D licence, This is on a eight week Rota working one Saturday In two, when working Saturday there is a day off in the week, Based from both County Hall and Queens drive park and ride.  Saturdays and over 37 hours per week are paid at time and half

Key Responsibilities:

Personally and through team members assist to deliver the service plans and objectives for the Fleet operations team.

To undertake the safe transportation of all passengers.

To have regard for the general welfare of passengers and to promote their safety.

To ensure compliance with safe practice in respect of all passenger particularly  wheelchair users.

To maintain and operate  vehicles  in accordance  with  policies, procedures and issued Guidance.

To complete all documentation related to vehicle operations as required.

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications:

A full endorsement free driving licence that includes category D Licence

Manual Handling training

Ability to work without close supervision

Emergency First Aid Qualification

Wheelchair securing knowledge

Experience:

Experience in the transportation of passengers

Minimum of 4 years, driving experience.

Experience in working to tight schedules

Experience of working with venerable people

Hours: 37.5
