Job Description:

Seven Resourcing is seeking enthusiastic and responsible Drinks Service Staff to join our team for a charity event at the Dolphin Centre in Darlington on November 11th, 2023. As a member of the service staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our event attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

Table Service: Each staff member will be allocated 2-4 tables, depending on staffing levels for the evening. You will be responsible for taking orders from guests, offering recommendations, and providing excellent customer service.

Order Processing: Efficiently process drink orders using a handheld device, ensuring accuracy and prompt service. You will also be responsible for handling cash and card payments at the table.

Drink Collection: Retrieve ordered drinks from the dispensing bar and verify their accuracy before delivering them to the respective tables.

Customer Interaction: Interact with guests in a polite, friendly, and professional manner, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and effectively.

Cleanliness: Ensure that tables and surrounding areas are kept clean and tidy throughout the event. Assist in bussing tables when needed.

Compliance: Follow all relevant safety and health guidelines, including alcohol service regulations, to ensure a safe and responsible event.

Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow staff members and event organizers to provide a seamless and memorable experience for all attendees.

Requirements:

2+ years references

1+ years working in a similar role.
