Fostering Supervising Social Worker

Seven Social Care is working with Warwickshire County Council to recruit a Supervising Social Worker for their Fostering Service.

£33.30 per hour (via umbrella).

Initial 3 month contract with the possibility of extension

Qualified Social Worker with SWE Registration

Enhanced and Clear DBS

Drivers Licence with Business Use

Job Purpose:

To support foster carers to ensure stability and permanency for the child.

Duties:

Be part of a team and contribute to team meetings

Attend Fostering Panel 

Offer advice on our service to other professionals

Supervise and Support Foster Carers

Undertake annual reviews

Support as required with position of trust, allegations and stability meetings

Work closely with Children’s Team and multi-agency partners
