Healthy Together Manager

Seven Resourcing are looking to fill a Healthy Together Manager role, in the historical town of Ipswich, Suffolk.

This is a part time postion – 20 hours a week. The post is initially for three years up to 31st March 2026.

This role is offering a competitive salary of £17,788 per annum.

Job Purpose:

The Healthy Together Manager, will work in close partnership with our local NHS to ensure Healthy Together makes a difference to the lives of vulnerable people living with severe mental illness (SMI) following their SMI annual health check (AHC) through peer led, personalised care and support.


• Good knowledge and/or experience of Mental Health and the needs of people living with SMI, which includes living with schizophrenia, psychosis, and bipolar disorder.

• Knowledge of personalised support and care planning.  

• Knowledge of, and ability to work with, issues of confidentiality, consent, and information sharing.

• Good knowledge of writing and reviewing risk assessments.

• Knowledge of local services and sources of mental health and wellbeing support. • Knowledge of coproduction.

• An understanding of SUF’s values as a user-led and advocacy organisation and a commitment to our Equally Well pledge.


Applicant Requirements:

Management and / or Project Management qualification. 

Professional nursing or allied health care professional qualification.



Experience of managing staff and/or teams.

Experience of a multi-agency and/or partnership working approach.

Experience of working with people living with mental health illness and/or physical health needs, including long term conditions.

Experience of supervising people who are peers and who have their own lived experience of mental ill health. •


Proof of ability to work and live in the UK. Current DBS and 2 x references.
