Housing Family Specialist Support Worker

Seven Resourcing is working with Accord Housing Services to recruit a housing family specialist support worker.

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE A HEALTH CARE ASSISTANT OR HAVE A STUDENT VISA OR SPONSORSHIP AS THEY ARE ONLY TAKING FULL-TIME WORKERS THAT HAVE EXPERIENCE WITHIN CHILDREN/FAMILIES AND/OR HOUSING.

Experience of working with young people aged 16-25

Experience of carrying out support Plans.

Risk assessment and structured interventions with young people

Able to working shift patterns evening/Weekends 9 AM – 9PM – 35 hours per week.

Able to build professional working relationships, to enhance the well being and quality of support for young people.
