Initial Screening and Contact Officer

Seven Resourcing are currently seeking an Initial Screening and Contact Officer to join a dynamic team in Worcester. This individual will play a crucial role in our organization, serving as the initial point of contact for all visitors and professionally addressing all incoming enquiries.
This is a hybrid working job role where you are required to work one in three weeks in the office, and two weeks working from home. The pay is £17.40 per hour.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, addressing their enquiries and providing general assistance.
2. Maintain a welcoming and professional environment at all times.
3. Manage incoming telephone calls and route them appropriately.
4. Conduct initial screenings for all incoming patients and visitors.
5. Provide fundamental administrative support such as managing correspondence, organising appointments and maintaining databases.
6. Ensure all incoming calls, emails, and messages are logged and routed correctly.
7. Escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate department or individual.
8. Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to high standard professional ethics.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Proven experience in a similar role; familiarity with screening processes is a plus.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Exceptional interpersonal skills; capable of interacting professionally with visitors from various backgrounds.
6. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software.
7. Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education Requirements:
1. A degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a similar field is preferable.
2. Any professional training in customer service will be highly valued.
