Maintenance Manager

Seven Social Care is looking for a Maintenance Manager to fill an exclusive opportunity in Maryport Cumbria

Pay rate-£25.57.

 The role:

You’ll be responsible for the delivery of customer focussed repairs and maintenance and void services, ensuring high levels of performance, productivity, quality, and cost-effective services aligned to the Home Group vision and values. You’ll develop and implement business improvements and service innovations, with positive outcomes for all Home Group customers, colleagues and stakeholders in the delivery of your work and through effective management of your teams.
 

• Experience: 1+ years working in social care settings.
• Compliance: Up to date DBS.
• Hours: 37 hours p/w.
• Valid Driving licence
