Seven Social Care is working with Herefordshire County Council to recruit 1 – 2 Personal Advisors for a rolling 3 month contract.

The Team Manager is excellent and is available to interview shortlisted workers from Monday 14th November.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Leaving Care Team. We are looking for a new personal advisor to work with young people who are aged 16 -25 to help them to access education, training, employment, activities, suitable accommodation and to develop skills that enables young people to be equipped to be able to live their lives independently. We are keen to hear from you if you have experience of working with young people in a similar supporting role and have good understanding of issues such as mental health, substance misuse, housing legislation and support and safeguarding.

Applicant Requirements:
•    Qualifications: Desired is a level 3 NVQ in Social Health Care, however isn’t essential
•    Experience: Desired previous PA experience, however experience as family support worker / social work assistant can be considered.
•    Compliance: Up to date Passport and DBS.
•    Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
•    Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
