Project Support Officer

Seven Resourcing is working with Coventry City Council to recruit for a Project Support Officer.

Initial 6 month contract until 31st March 2023 with the potential of extending.

£11.70ph PAYE or £13.11 Umbrella.

Job Purpose:

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, highly motivated person to work with others across the Council and partner organisations to support the production of Coventry’s Joint Strategic Needs Assessment and other projects.

Duties:

Requesting consultation and strategy documents from partners and filing these on system

Manage online platform / social media presence

Create copy for communications which include email bulletins and press releases Tracking engagement on the platform to assess number of completed surveys ?

Logging actions, taking minutes, organising paperwork

Chasing people?on actions as agreed at meetings and recording progress

Theming and coding qualitative data – the personal responses people type into surveys

Organising events / refreshments/ contact lists/ attendee lists??

Attending workshops / events (even setting them up and being able to participate)??

Supporting finance officer with payment of grants and associated paperwork (training on system provided)

Methodical Thinking – Professional candidate

Applicant Requirements:

• Qualifications: Relevant Qualifications.
• Experience: 2+ years working in a similar role.
• Compliance: Up to date Passport and DBS
• Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
• Hours: 37 hours p/w.
