Please note this role :

Is Based in the HIGH PEAK Glossop region

Workers will be required to conduct home visits with clients on a regular basis 

Only workers from the surrounding High Peak area will be invited to interview eg Manchester, Cheshire, High Peak, North Derbyshire & North Sheffield.

Desirable criteria are: 

Experience of working with MOSAIC. 

Experience of working in an assessment team.

Robust social care assessment skills.

Mental Health experience.

Worked under the Care Act 2014.

Must be a hard worker and can work autonomously. 

Excellent communication skills.

Clean driving licence 

Ability to visit clients within the Glossop  High Peak area 

Qualification required:-

Social Worker qualification registered with Social Work England
