Rescue and Response Partnership Coordinator

Seven Social Care is looking for a Rescue and Response Partnership Coordinator in Brent
The role:
- Work closely with key partners from across London to provide multi borough support on County Lines running across and out of London.
Act as the safeguarding link into Borough Safeguarding teams, Safer Schools officers, Youth Offending Services and Community Safety Services.
Lead a ‘Team around the Network’ to enable intervention following referrals, intelligence and/or proactive lead involvement.
Support the analysts and Project manager with linking newly identified vulnerable young people to the right support and intervention, acting as the conduit between local boroughs, the pan London offer and intelligence picture.
Operational lead for all intervention project delivery on an individual and local area performance basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships and manage work with partners, including:
Working with the Police, National Probation Service, CRCs, and Youth Offending Services, Community Safety teams, Children and Adult Safeguarding team and MASH.
Managing and developing partnership working across allocated London boroughs, ensuring that the programme incorporates all relative areas of work linked to County Lines including Gangs, Youth offending, and CSE
Establish key contacts with all relevant stakeholders from both across London and the surrounding regions (Police, Local Authorities, Youth offending Services, Adult and Children safeguarding departments and third sector organisations) etc.
