Seven Social Care is looking for a Residential Support Workers to work with Sheffield City Council.

Pay rate – £11.16 – £15 per hour

The role:

We are looking for a number of residential child care practitioners to work in our children’s homes across the city. You will ideally have NVQ3 diploma in child care or be working towards this and will have experience of working with vulnerable looked after children. Work will be on a rota basis working on different shifts either 7.30-3.30/ 3-10.30 or up to 12 midnight if you are sleeping in. will be required to work weekends and bank holidays as part of the rota. It is a legal requirement that you must be older than 22 years old to work in a residential unit. Must be able to deal with challenging behaviour.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years working within the same or similar role.
  • Compliance: Proof of right to work and DBS dated within the last 12 months (or registered on the online update service.)
  • Hours: 35 hours p/w.
