Seven Social Care is looking for a Retirement Living Coordinator to fill a fantastic role in Newbury.


The role:

As a Retirement Living Coordinator you will facilitate the coordination and delivery of a professional service to Retirement Living customers. You will provide an effective provision and delivery of services, facilities, and housing management across a group of schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

      Ensure occupancy targets are met through lettings and refurbishments of properties.

Meeting rent collection and arrears targets.

Monitor and liaise the delivery of service contracts across the scheme, including lifts, heating, fire equipment, gardening etc.

Assess potential customers housing needs, in consultation with relevant agencies and the customer in terms of their suitability to access the service.

Applicant Requirements:


       1+ years support/housing experience.

Compliance:  Up to date DBS.

Hours:  20 hours p/w.
