Seven Social Care are looking for a Safe House Advocate to work within Brent.

The role:

This role involves providing a high-quality frontline service to individuals who may have experienced trafficking and modern slavery, including sexual and criminal exploitation, domestic servitude, and other forms of exploitation. The role will be based in a safe house in Brent supporting four female potential victims of modern slavery and will also carry a small caseload of outreach clients across London.

Key Responsibilities:

To conduct regular key work sessions with each service user.

Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure access to ECAT rights and help them navigate through the National Referral Mechanism (NRM).

Conduct risk assessments and review support plans on a regular basis with all service users.

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications:

 GCSE or Equivalent in English and Maths

Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role.

Compliance: Recent DBS check on the update service.

Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.

Hours: 39 hours p/w.
