Senior Health Care Assistant

Seven Social Care is working with Sandwell Council to recruit for Senior Health Care Assistants at Fountain Court.

£11.02 per hour.

Initial 3 months.

23.5 hours per week.

About the role.

Fountain Court is a 16 bedded residential unit for people with dementia.

The role includes providing leadership to a small team to provide person centered care, in order to meet individual needs of the service users and ensure their safety and well-being.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the needs of older people with dementia, effective communication skills and be able to produce clear and accurate records.

You are required to have Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

You will also be required to undertake an enhanced Adults Disclosure and Barring Check Hours are 23.5 per week.

Applicant Requirements:

• Qualifications: You are required to have Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience: Current HCA/Senior HCA experience.
• Compliance: Up to date Passport and DBS.
• Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
• Hours: 23.5 hours p/w.
