Senior Practitioner – Mash – Children

Seven Social Care is looking for a Senior Practitioner – Mash – Children at Peterborough City Council

The role:

Hybrid working available with 2/3 days office based each week in accordance with service rota. To triage incoming referrals to Children’s Social Care using the rag rating system.

To process referrals and make recommendations as to whether social care intervention is required.

Support the MASH Team Manager to provide consultation and supervision to the Social Workers and Child Information officer within the team.

Attend daily MASH briefing meetings with MASH partners and represent MASH at meetings with other external agencies.

Assist with staff recruitment and induction to the MASH Service.
