Senior Service Manager

Seven Social Care is looking for a Senior Service manager to manage an Occupational Therapy/equipment and adaptations service and social care front door team. This is a temporary position initially for 3 – 6 months

We are looking for creative inspirational, and enthusiastic people, who can work collaboratively embracing the principles of integrated working. We are looking for an experienced and confident manager with a good level of understanding of how to support adult social care workers to be the best they can at a time of significant challenge.

Applicant Requirements:

Experience and Qualifications: A social work qualification, occupational therapy qualification or equivalent is essential, and a qualification in leadership or management is desirable

Compliance: Up to date DBS which must be on the update service, Right to Work in the UK.

Hours: 37 hours a week – Hybrid – 3 days in office a week

Travel: Full UK driving license with access to a vehicle with adequate insurance
