Seven Social Care are looking for a Social Work Assistant in the Merseyside area. This role is paying in the range between £14 – £18 per hour.

The role

As a Social Work Assistant you will be working in partnership to deliver high quality services to children and their families through robust assessment and case management processes. This will involve coordinating and managing cases, effectively using case recording and file management systems and undertaking assessment of needs and risks as directed.

Applicant Requirements

• Hospital Discharge, MDT working CAA and the Mental Capacity Act experience essential
• Prior experience using Liquid Logic is preferred
• Experience: 1+ years working in a similar role.
