Support Coordinator

Seven Social Care is looking for a Support Coordinator to fill an exclusive opportunity in Exeter.

Day and night shifts available.

  The role:

To develop client / family or children and young people (as appropriate) led support using person-centred approaches.

To undertake assessments and to produce and review support and safety plans for individuals to ensure a high-quality standard of support that promotes independent living.

 To ensure a high standard of service delivery is achieved by championing Home’s values, policies and procedures including safeguarding clients / families or children and young people (as appropriate) and other people at risk of abuse.

Key Responsibilities:

You will ensure a high standard of service delivery is achieved by championing values, policies and procedures including safeguarding clients/families or children and young people.

Actively seek to empower and promote independent living.

Act as the lead case worker.

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications:

 NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.

Experience:  1+ years working in social care settings.

Compliance:  Up to date DBS.

Hours:  37 hours p/w.
