Transformation Organisational Lead

Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary Transformation Organisational Lead to work in Cambridge. This position is initially for a period of 3 months and is paying from £500.00 – £600.00 per day (paid to you via an umbrella company).
The role:
As the Organisational Change Lead, you will be working across all workstreams, across the council and with other stakeholders across the city, in a collaborative, consistent and professional manner, to deliver a wide-ranging, cross-cutting, strategic change and engagement programme of activities which will underpin and inspire, motivate, and enable all our people to play their part in delivering the ‘Our Cambridge’ programme.
Naturally, you will be confident working across the full range of corporate services including community engagement and development, ICT and business transformation and projects with a significant strategy and policy component.
This will be a cultural, as well as digital, transformation therefore the requirement to understand organisational development and change is critical. The programme will require engagement across all teams and levels, and the team will need to guide and support the organisation to change rather than ‘doing change to them’.
Key Responsibilities:
- To successfully design, develop and deliver the cultural and organisational change and engagement aspects of the ‘Our Cambridge’ programme.
Work across all workstreams across the council and with other stakeholders across the city in a collaborative, consistent and professional manner, to deliver a wide-ranging, cross-cutting strategic change and engagement programme of activities which will underpin and inspire, motivate and enable all of our people to play their part in delivering the ‘Our Cambridge’ programme.
This will involve a corporate programme which supports managers to participate, deliver and support their teams as well as personally delivering change and engagement interventions.
The interventions will be innovative, creative and focused on ensuring operational and personal resilience, well-being, reorganisation coordination and support whilst living our values and behaviours and developing our teams to positively contribute to the new operating model in a complex, multi-agency environment requiring work with internal and external stakeholders.
Applicant Requirements:
- Qualifications: Degree level education or equivalent level of experience working at a similar level in a programme management or support environment.
- Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role.
- Compliance: Current DBS and references covering the last 2 years.
- Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
- Hours: 37 hours p/w.
