Youth Offending Service Officer

Seven Social Care is working with Liecestershire County Council to recruit a Youth Offending Service Officer for their Youth Offending service.

Pay up to £25 per hour.

Initial 3 month contract.

Youth Justice Experience required.

Job Purpose:    Within the principle aims of preventing offending by children and young people, to work with young people who are at risk of offending or re-offending, with a particular focus on high risk cases 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of children to prevent offending and reoffending

Prepare assessments and plan and deliver interventions

Contribute to multi-agency information sharing meetings

Write reports and present before decision making meetings and Courts

Be part of a Court and Bail duty rota
