Account Executive

The Role

Work closely with the Account Managers to support them in successfully delivering educational digital platforms and disease awareness initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support team in delivering initiatives and programs within pre-agreed timelines and budgets
  • Build effective client and expert relationships through direct communication
  • Where appropriate, effectively deputize for Managers
  • Build effective working relationships with all key departments, ensuring department leads are updated and work is in line with client requirements
  • Work independently as well as pro-actively to progress projects, ensuring key stakeholders are kept-up-to date and all deliverables are met
  • Support team in implementing administrative tasks:
    • Organise and participate in client and internal meetings
    • Accurately record and distribute meeting minutes
    • Travel and logistical support
    • Maintain and manage internal tracking documentation
    • Attend key medical congresses
    • Social media interaction and contributions
    • Assisting with online grant applications
