My client is seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager with an exciting opportunity to take leadership of the sales force of my clients within defined territories

This role will allow you to utilize experience of territory management, sales force leadership and business development to efficiently manage sales growth, account development and promote synergy of sales effectiveness in line with the sales strategy.

Job Summary

The role of Regional Sales Manager presents an exciting opportunity to take leadership of the sales force of defined territories. This role will allow you to utilize experience of territory management, sales force leadership and business development to efficiently manage sales growth, account development and promote synergy of sales effectiveness in line with the sales strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Development

  • Working with the sales force to maintain and increase the sales throughout selected territories
  • Support in reaching the targets, goals and KPI’s set for each sales representative
  • Help sales representatives in the process of establishing, maintaining and expanding their customer base
  • Working with sales representatives to enforce and maintain quality of calls through the sales excellence model
  • Monitoring your teams’ performance levels and motivating them to reach set targets
  • Coaching your team to increase their ability to sell, maintain relationships and provide optimal customer service
  • Coaching your team to understand customer segmentation, targeting and the usage of efficient time management
  • Ensuring the team meet all KPI’s within the sales strategy & Report on Sales Performance
  • Collecting team/customer feedback and reporting to senior management
  • Collect monthly sales figures from pharmacy accounts

Sales Force Excellence

  • Provide efficient ongoing training and development of the sales excellence model for sales representatives
  • Helping the sales team make sales led, informed decision making in line with Teoxane’s sales strategy

Sales Analytics

  • Understand and further analyse commercial reports, which include sales performance of the representatives and tracking of KPI’s
  • Ongoing monitoring of your teams CRM systems to ensure all standards and targets are met, including efficient logging of activity
  • Further analysing territory spread and focused targeting
  • Helping enforce the sales strategy in data-driven decisions for account management and targeting
  • Analyse performance on target accounts on a monthly basis
  • Recognition of sales trends and adapt coaching accordingly

 

Candidate Ideals

  • Working experience of the last 3 years in Sales Management within a fast-paced and highly competitive environment
  • Aesthetics/dental preferred – having experience in the industry would be useful.
  • The candidate will demonstrate an ability to manage, coach and enforce strategy across a sales force
  • The candidate will also have a proven and successful experience in implementing change in processes that lead to improvement of the sales performance of a business
  • The candidate will be required to demonstrate an ability to analyse complex data and information, translating the findings into actionable messages and deliverables
  • The candidate must understand the sales process, and, the importance of applying sales principles into each business opportunity

Commission/Bonus of up to £35,000.
