Only companies that reflect the ‘For All’ philosophy receive certification, and that philosophy is ‘A great place to work For All™ is one where everyone, no matter who they are or what they do, is having a consistently positive experience. Caring leaders foster an environment where everyone has a purpose, can contribute new ideas, and has access to the resources they need to thrive within the organisation’.
After a record-breaking year of incredible growth, innovation, and investment into employee satisfaction, everyone at Seven Resourcing was delighted with the positive news. Considering all employee responses across every aspect of the organisation, Seven Resourcing received a score of 97% in the Great Place to Work assessment, securing its certification with flying colours.
The fantastic news came shortly after Seven was recognised by Best Companies as a ‘World Class’ employer, and in the last 12 months, Seven has won four Recruiter Awards, three Investing in Talent awards and a Suffolk Business Award.
