To be considered for this role you must:

  • Be a qualified Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disabilities Nurse with a current NMC Pin registration.
  • Have experience working in a Forensic environment, PICU setting or Personality Disorder setting.
  • Be able to manage and initiate change, showing commitment to delivering service improvement strategies across all aspects of clinical service provisions.
  • Be capable of undertaking and completing audit cycles.
