Service Manager – Specialist Learning Disability Service

Salary: Up to £40,000

Hours: 40 p/w Mon – Fri 9am to 5pm

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, our Service Manager will be responsible for leading the senior management team to ensure the integrity of all functions in the hospital across Clinical, Finance, HR and Support Services.

Key responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the operational management and lead the overall function of the Service
  • Ensuring the site remains compliant with CQC requirements and all regulated activities
  • Responsible for the provision of a high-quality service, both in respect of service user care and employee engagement
  • Review and develop potential opportunities for improved quality and commercial growth

Application requirements:

  • Qualified Registered Mental Health / Learning Disability Nurse (RMN/RNLD)
  • Highly knowledgeable of CQC guidance and other regulatory requirements
  • A motivational leader with a desire to succeed
  • Experienced & capable of managing in a healthcare setting
  • Credible with multiple stakeholders, a strong leader, able to build consensus and achieve goals through collaboration
  • Highly knowledgeable of CQC guidance and other regulatory requirements
