So what will the job involve?
You will lead in the development of our first Supported Living Service in Staffordshire, from service implementation through to full operational delivery while working with the Regions Director of Operations.

The main focus of the role will be to provide safe, sound and supportive care to the people who use our service. You will have working relationships with the core care team as well as multidisciplinary teams, internal and external stakeholders, including service users’ families and loved ones. 

As a role model to our service users, you will ensure care received is dignified and respectful and in accordance with care plans.

Qualifications / Experience,

  • RNLD/RMN Nurse
  • NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health & Social Care, or the equivalent qualification,
  • Sound previous experience of commissioning Supported Living Services,
  • Previous experience managing complex care packages,
  • Knowledge of Care Standards Act, Regulations and Valuing People, 
  • Knowledge of Mental Capacity Act.
