The post holder MUST have RMN qualification and at least CTL level leadership experience.

This 15-bed lodge provides a supportive and nurturing, locked rehabilitation environment for women stepping down from more secure care facilities. We help service users to gain skills with budgeting, literacy and independent travel. In-house, we provide a comprehensive range of therapies to help women with conditions such as personality and mild eating disorders, with service users encouraged to actively engage with their care pathway.

This post focuses on the clinical leadership of staff to develop and deliver an effective high quality therapeutic service. The post holder will be responsible for leading clinical practice from the front, managing the clinical performance of the nursing staff and ensuring the quality indicators and commissioning targets for the service are achieved. The post holder will lead on the development of the service ensuring that working practices are underpinned by best clinical evidence and within the guidance of the Company’s policies and procedures.

Ensure individualised programme of care tailored in line with recovery approach. You will lead and monitor the performance and work of nursing staff; supervision of the nursing team, and effective communication and collaboration across the MDT. The post holder will ensure cost effective use of resources, maintain evidence to support the essential standards of high quality care and lead in an area of service development across the hospital. You will support the clinical manager in ensuring that there are effective systems and processes for security and performance across the hospital and in meeting all the statutory requirements expected of the unit.

Using the best available evidence through research and experience, the post holder is expected to champion co-production with service users and families and deliver our programme on safely reducing restrictive practices.
