Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Clinical Team Leader or existing Ward Manager looking for your next challenge? We are looking for a dynamic Ward Manager to join our team in Stevenage.

We offer two care pathways. We provide treatment and care for men and women in a range of settings, medium secure, low secure and locked services. You will be part of a full multi-disciplinary team, with an absolute focus on delivering excellent patient care through a range of proven models of treatment.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate robust leadership, have experience of working in secure services and who have both commitment and drive. Interpersonal skills are essential for this post, as you’ll be working within a tight-knit team and liaising with a wide variety of people.
