Seven Resourcing Is Shortlisted For Two Major Recruitment Awards

Seven Resourcing has been shortlisted for not one… but TWO categories at The Recruiter Awards 2019. These awards are the most prestigious in the industry and the team are absolutely chuffed to be recognised for the third year running. Read on to find out what we have been shortlisted for and exactly why we deserve it!

Shortlisted – Most Effective Back Office Operation – Seven Resourcing

Seven has invested an incredible amount of time and capital into ensuring our clients can benefit from a seamless, convenient and effective back-office operation. If you read Seven’s Google reviews, many of them pay homage to how easy it is working with Seven’s back-office, especially when it comes to quickly finding new roles, renewing contracts and submitting timesheets.

It’s no coincidence that Seven continues to grow into new sectors and international markets. Clients and candidates want to work with Seven because it’s an experience that makes being an agency worker just as convenient and enjoyable as working via direct employment, with the on-going support from our back-office staff.

Seven’s technology offers awesome value for candidates and clients. However, it isn’t the answer to first-class customer service, it is simply in place to make the process of working for an agency convenient, fast and hassle-free. If Seven’s customers are not particularity tech-savvy then the back-office team is always available to call, text or speak to on live-chat. No outsourcing or robots, it’s innovative technology and personable customer service in perfect synergy.

Shortlisted – Recruitment Industry Entrepreneur of the Year – Richard Cooke

Alongside successfully directing a global recruitment organisation, Managing Director of Seven Resourcing, Richard Cooke, is the proud founder of an entirely unique staff-development programme called Seven One. Seven One is an investments programme that allows successful consultants at Seven and proven talent in the industry to start-up their very own recruitment branch anywhere in the world. Natural leaders and top performers have the opportunity to pitch their business plan to Richard, before the winners are provided with a ‘flat-packed’ recruitment business to open up in a location of their choice.

Richard’s desired outcome for Seven One is to fast-track ambitious recruiters into Directorship roles years before the prospect would be financially viable for them to achieve as lone-ventures. Richard’s journey to the top of recruitment was littered with hurdles, learning curves and personal sacrifices, and now he can offer a route that is convenient and achievable for anyone in the recruitment industry who is hungry enough to achieve it.

In 2018, Richard opened offices in Colchester, Miami and Surfers Paradise for 3 senior recruiters to run. Former trainees and ex-Senior Social Care Consultants Mathew Pitcher, Adam Gould and Alex Foden are all now successfully running their very own branches of Seven across the globe. Mathew and Seven Life Sciences in Colchester have already outgrown its first office and is set to upgrade in May 2019, whereas Adam and Alex have just started their recruitment journeys in Miami and the Gold Coast, quickly gaining plenty of success within the Animal Health industry.

Here’s a huge congratulations to everyone at Seven and our Managing Director, Richard Cooke. The awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 9 May 2019 at Grosvenor House on Park Lane, London. A ‘glittering gala dinner’ will recognise and reward the best innovators and contributors to the recruitment industry.
