A new chapter
This fresh update and exciting merger is a new chapter in the Seven Resourcing story. Since 2011 we’ve been growing at an impressive rate, thanks to hard work and our unique approach to recruitment. We’ve all seen recruitment done badly. We’ve all had our applications mishandled by recruiters – or been given a pile of hit-and-miss CVs to wade through. We’ve always strived to do things differently and give recruitment a better reputation…
We believe in an approach to recruitment which hinges on quality. We give our candidates star treatment to ensure we have the very best talent on our books. With skilled professionals to recommend, we also work hard to make life easy for the employers we work with. We hand-select the finest candidates for each role and to provide a comprehensive short list, complete with compliance documentation. This approach helps our clients hire outstanding new staff, quickly and painlessly, while candidates find their ideal next role.
In 2011 we launched Seven Social Care to offer a more carefully tailored service to clients and candidates. On the back of this service’s success, Seven Healthcare and Seven Criminal Justice were established. In 2013 we created Seven Nursing, completing our collection of specialist departments.
