On the 1st February 2022, Seven Resourcing scooped three awards at the Investing in Talent Awards. Held at the stunning Brewery in central London, the major ceremony exists to celebrate recruitment agencies that go above and beyond for their staff, candidates and clients. After a record year in 2021 and huge investments in every area of employee satisfaction, the Investing In Talent Awards 2021 was a night to remember for everyone at Seven Resourcing.
With thousands of entries from agencies across the UK, Seven came out on top in three incredible categories, making us the most decorated company on the night! Here’s what we came home with:
🏆 Best Recruitment Company To Work For (50 to 99 employees).
You can’t say fairer than that! Seven Resourcing is officially the best medium-sized recruitment company to work for in the UK. The judges referenced our relentless efforts to provide first-class support, perks and career development for our staff, as well as putting candidates and clients first throughout the pandemic.
Judges’ comments: “Seven Resourcing demonstrated that serious steps were taken during the pandemic to ensure staff welfare and a caring and flexible approach to promoting a healthy work/life balance. This shines through in an almost perfect score in the employee survey. They have a very good recognition scheme and clear career path so consultants know what they need to do to earn promotion. A standout moment was a 24/7 shift pattern during the pandemic to support clients – truly outstanding work.”

Judges’ comments: “The judges were hugely impressed by the efforts made by the shortlisted companies. Investment into both office and remote working environments was impressive, as was the enthusiasm and innovation behind driving engagement activities during the pandemic. Our winner illustrated significant investment in the environment, including wellbeing and mental health support systems, technology, and equipment. An admirable list of engagement activities clearly drove high motivation, energy and buzz.”
🏆 Most Effective Pay and Benefits Strategy

Judges’ comments: “All nominees engaged in a creative approach to their pay and benefits offering. The winner showed a generous shareholding structure, rewarding team members with a shareholding after just a year. A GP scheme was introduced during the pandemic to get quick access to health professionals. The result of their structure was an increase in retention rate from 55% to 82%.”
Seven also received the ‘Highly Commended’ certificate in the COVID-19 Champion category, recognising Seven’s efforts to go above and beyond for its people throughout the pandemic.
These 3 awards add to Seven’s impressive collection from 2021, with the agency receiving 8 major awards in total, including SME of the Year at the Suffolk Business Awards and four wins at the Recruiter Awards.
