Seven Resourcing Soars to New Heights: Raising £10,000 for Ormiston Families

In 2022, we raised an impressive £10,000 for Ormiston Families, a charity dedicated to supporting vulnerable children and families. How did we do it, you ask? Through a series of exhilarating and heartwarming events.

A Year of Dedication and Compassion

From sky-high adventures to strenuous physical challenges, the team went above and beyond to meet our goal. Here are some of the wonderful events organised to reach the £10,000 target:

Skydives for a Cause

The year kicked off with a daredevil jump as several team members leapt out of planes in exhilarating skydives. With adrenaline pumping and hearts racing, they soared through the sky, all for the sake of a brighter future for those in need.

WholeHog Adventure Challenge

Next on the list was the WholeHog Adventure Challenge, where team members faced a muddy, gruelling obstacle course that tested their stamina, teamwork, and determination. Crawling through mud, conquering walls, and leaping through fire pits, they embodied the spirit of resilience for a noble cause.

Ipswich Half Marathon

Running 13.1 miles is no small feat; Dan Healy, Sam Boggis and Dan Cocksedge laced up their running shoes to take part in the Ipswich Half Marathon. With each stride, they raised funds and awareness for Ormiston Families, making every step count.

Quiz Night Extravaganza

For those who preferred a different kind of challenge, the Quiz Night Extravaganza was a hit. It brought together employees, clients, and partners for a night of mind-boggling questions, laughter, and friendly competition.

Making an Impact with Ormiston Families

Ormiston Families is a fantastic charity with a mission close to the heart of Seven Resourcing. They work tirelessly to support children and families facing a range of challenges, from mental health issues to domestic abuse. The funds raised in 2022 will make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need, providing crucial support and resources.
