We recently visited Ranelagh School in Ipswich to learn about their fantastic Saturday School called “Achievers”.
This not-for-profit company offers extra tuition for children who speak English as an additional language. The aim of the school is to teach English, Mathematics and British Values/History/Culture.
We had been advised the children needed pencils, paper, glue, rulers and craft items to help the school run more efficiently and help the development of the students. Michele, Michelle and Josh created and delivered some gift bags, which went down a treat!
It was truly brilliant to see the work this Saturday School carry out, and we will be back at Easter to deliver more supplies and, of course, some chocolate eggs!
