Seven Win a Recruiter Award For ‘Most Effective Back Office Operation 2019’

The whole team here at Seven are thrilled to announce that we were the recipients of the Most Effective Back Office Operation 2019 Award at this year’s Recruiter Awards.

Taking place on May 9 at Grosvenor House on Park Lane, the Recruiter Awards are the UK’s largest event for recruiters and seek to recognise outstanding achievements in recruitment, recruitment marketing, and recruitment tech.

The award for Most Effective Back Office Operation goes to our sales support team that adds “outstanding value to their firms, internal clients, the firms’ contractor and temporary workforces, business partnerships and relationships through their effectiveness.” Judges also look for “innovation, initiative and contributions to their firms’ profitability and business success.”

Judges on the night included both previous award winners and leading voices in recruitment, ranging from Jessica Hayes, Group Head of Talent at McCann Worldgroup, to Steve Soloman, the Director of Business at NatWest Bank.

Citing our PayTech digital payroll system, Safeguarding First, and Smart Search technologies, the judges said, “Seven has invested considerable time, capital and innovation into ensuring that its clients can benefit from a seamless, convenient and effective back office operation.”

The hard work of our Head of Candidate Generation, Michele Dawson, and her team was also highlighted, as well as our ability to stay ahead of our competitors in “having more new and available job-seekers, guaranteeing clients can almost instantly source the perfect candidates.” Judges comments stated that “The judges were particularly impressed with Seven’s payroll platform, which seems to enable a seamless experience for clients.”

We’d like to say a huge thank you to the Recruiter Awards organisers and judges and we look forward to working on continued innovation within our back office operation to offer the best possible experience for both our clients and candidates.
