Seven Social Care are looking for a temporary Accomodation Admin Assistant to work with the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council. This role is initially for a period of around 3 months and is paying £12.00 per hour.

The role:

This role involves racking temporary accommodation placements, dealing with invoices, logging payments and general customer service to those in temporary accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To effectively and efficiently deal with all tenant requests and queries.
  • Manage cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure that buildings are effectively run.
  • To ensure all tenants are billed in an appropriate manner.
  • To update software package ( currently Residential Manager ) with all appropriate transactions.
  • To liaise with finance and payroll in relation to any queries, and prepare reports as required.
  • To identify opportunities to promote sundry services to optimise income.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualifications: N/A.
  • Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role.
  • Compliance: Current DBS check.
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
