Seven Social Care is looking for an experienced Administrator to work in the Homelessness Service at Coventry City Council.

The pay rate for this is; £11.19 per hour.

The Role:

You will be working within the Housing Homelessness service where you will deal with the accommodation placements for service users. The contract runs until the end of May as a minimum, however this could extend depending on the services need.

8:30am – 5pm Hours Monday – Friday.

Working from home remote training provided.

The base is at Broadgate House in Coventry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Administration
• Monitoring Accommodation Placements
• General Administration Work
• Dealing with customers over the phone
• Assisting customers with benefits claims and document chasing

Applicant Requirerments:

• Experience: Current or prior experience of working as an administrator
• Compliance: Up to date Passport, DBS not required
• Travel: Clean UK driving Licence with the ability to commute to and from work independently
• Hours: 37 hours per week
