Seven Social Care are looking for 2 temporary Administrators to work with the Childrens Social Care team in Cirencester. This role is initially until the end of March 2020 and is paying £11.00 per hour via an umbrella company.

The role:

We are seeking an experienced administrator who is passionate about working within a children’s social care setting and supporting our social work teams with regular tasks including customer service, taking phone calls, managing invoices, petty cash, minute taking, typing, use of electronic recording system and other administrative tasks as required by the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To undertake administrative duties to support the business needs of the Team and the wider service area using, where appropriate, computer based systems, to ensure that services are maintained effectively, flexibly and in a timely way so as to enable the service area and organisation to meet it objectives
  • To provide support with financial matters including electronic procurement packages, petty cash and accurate recording of purchases for budget monitoring purposes

Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualifications: N/A.
  • Experience: 2+ years working as an Admistrator/Business Support Officer.
  • Compliance: N/A.
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
