Seven Social Care are currently recruiting for an experienced social worker for immediate start, to work within the Child to Adult team.

The successful candidate must have solid experience in a team that works with and supports children and young people with physical and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Supports children and young people with physical and learning disabilities.

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications: Social Care Wales registration. Recognised Social Work Qualification Dipsw, cqsq, Css. Must Show Track Record of Undertaking Role Of “approved Social Worker”.

Experience: 2+ years working with young people with physical and learning disabilities.

Compliance: Up to date Social Care Wales/England registration and Enhanced DBS.

Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.

Hours: 37hours p/w.
