Seven Social Care is looking for an Area Manager to work in the Domestic Abuse Services for one of our clients in Central London.
Pay rate – TBC
Start date – ASAP

The role:

As part of our senior Operations team, our Area Managers are crucial to the effective delivery of our services, leading and inspiring a wide variety of staff to meet our service users’ aspirations by ensuring the local delivery of excellent quality, innovative and safe services and developing new provision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To be a positive member of Hestia’s senior operations team, ensuring effective delivery to Hestia’s organisational strategy.
  • To contribute to the development of Hestia’s strategic objectives and organisational annual planning processes.
  • Developing an Area Plan that links to Hestia’s organisational aims and values, ensuring that this is delivered effectively across services.
  • To identify and implement opportunities to improve service delivery in line with achieving required outcomes by developing a SMART annual, integrated business plan for your area.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualifications: N/A
  • Experience: 2+ years managing domestic abuse support services is required.
  • Compliance: Proof of right to work and DBS dated within the last 12 months (or registered on the update service.)
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 35 hours p/w.
