Seven Social Care are currently recruiting experienced social workers to work within our Children & Young People Service Child Health & Disability Team across Wrexham.
To provide and develop a high quality service for children who are ill or disabled and their families, assessing needs and developing appropriate packages of care, in accordance with the Department’s duties under part III and schedule 2 of the Children Act 1989 & Sections 5 & 6 of the Chronically Sick & Disabled Persons (Services, Consultation and Representation) Act 1986.
Qualifications: Social Care Wales registration and BTEC Level 3 National Certificate/Diploma Children’s.
Experience: 2 Years of Social Work with Children and Young People In Need And Their Families.
Compliance: Up to date Social Care Wales/England registration and Enhanced DBS.
Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
Hours: 37hours p/w.
