Seven Social Care are looking for a Commissioning Officer to work with Gloucestershire County Council’s Commissioning Service. This position is paying £15.78 per hour.

The role:

post will audit, evaluate and undertake some business planning and sustainability forecasting. You will be required to link these buildings together to form a network of constituted groups to allow bidding and fundraising of funds. This post holder will support bid writing with these settings as well as building business and community links so any experience in this area would be desirable. The impact of COVID-19 on these buildings and their offer to the communities means this work is a priority area and as such needs a strong resource who is resilient, flexible and able to build good working relationships with both internal and external partners. You must have an eye for detail, be creative and capable with applications such as power point and excel, with the drive to learn new skills and the ability to work with a number of different sites. You must have experience of project management. Mainly WFH, will be required in the office for induction and perhaps once/twice a week after that

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the commissioning department with the the services incoming applicants.
  • Signpost visitors and people who call through to the service.
  • General admin duties.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualifications: N/A.
  • Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role.
  • Compliance: Proof of right to work in the UK.
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
