Seven Social Care are looking for a temporary Commissioning Support Officer to work with Gloucestershire County Council’s Commissioning Service. This position is paying £13.37 per hour

The role:

The post holders will work as part of a team of Commissioning Support Officers to source and commission services that meet the needs of vulnerable service users. The role will include, regular communication with health and social care professionals and care providers, as well as recording, monitoring and reporting accurate placement and provider information on an ongoing basis. This is a dynamic position and you will be expected to multitask, highlighting opportunities and risks to managers as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the commissioning department with the the services incoming applicants.
  • Signpost visitors and people who call through to the service.
  • General admin duties.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualifications: N/A.
  • Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role.
  • Compliance: Proof of right to work in the UK.
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
