We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable individual who is passionate about providing excellentsocial support and the delivery of clean safe care.

This is a temporary position, with the possibility of an ongoing contract subject to your performance, making this a particularly exciting opportunity for applicants.

Details of the placement (what the temp will be doing):

Assessing risk and need of people who have mental health diagnosis that can be complex in nature. Liaising with other professionals, working as part of an MDT.
