Seven Social Care are looking for a Deputy Team Manager to work with an Hospital Team in Gloucestershire. This role is initially for a period of around 3 months and is paying £38.00 per hour via an umbrella company.

The role:

The role is based at Gloucester Royal Hospital, but part of the wider Adult Social Care Acute team. This role will involve working within an established management team, who support all ASC team members across the general hospitals (in Cheltenham and Gloucester).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the ISC Manager to provide day to day management of the team, providing appropriate support, supervision and performance management to ensure the delivery of high quality services, the safety and well-being of the staff, support with recruitment process and effective use of resources, systems and processes.
  • To quality assure the work of the team by a range of means by supporting the audit programme, observations, and reflective supervision.
  • To undertake formal supervision of Advanced Practitioners.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Degree approved by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience: 2+ years working as a manager within adult social care.
  • Compliance: Up to date HCPC registration and DBS.
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
