Seven Social Care is looking for a qualified Coodinator to fill an exclusive opportunity specialising in the wellbeing of children accross Buckinghamshire.

The role:

As a Early Help Coordinator – you will take the lead contact for professionals within a locality seeking advice, guidance and support to ensure a co-ordinated response to those families who are already in receipt of support from agencies, who require an Early Help response following assessment in MASH, or following a request from partners such as schools, health professionals and police. Speak to families directly when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use negotiating and influencing skills to identify and enable different agencies to undertake lead agency responsibilities within the Early Help process, and providing advice, guidance and support to those professionals to undertake this responsibility.
  • This includes modelling the skills and attitudes that promote and foster children, young person and family centred working and the development of trust between practitioners and where necessary ensure that children, young people and families are fully informed of the processes and practitioners available to support them

Applicant Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years working as a Early Help Coordinator.
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
