Seven Social Care are currently looking for an Early Help Worker in Wokingham

An Early Help worker will have experience of working with adolescents and their families, providing short term, outcome focused interventions to reduce the risk of escalation into Children’s Social Care.

Key responsibilities:

The applicant will work closely with families, education, health and other professionals to provide wrap around support for the family to reduce the risks associated with non-school attendance, family breakdown, parental conflict, drug and alcohol misuse and low self-esteem. Flexible working hours is essential.


· Experience working with adolescents and their families

· Provide support to avoid escalation into children’s social care

· Reduce effects of family difficulties (parental conflict, drug and alcohol misuse etc)

· Safeguarding experience
