Seven Social Care are currently recruiting experienced social workers to work within our Children & Young People Service Family Placement Team across Wrexham.
To provide a quality family placement service. To develop new approaches to fostering and to recruit, train, prepare and support foster parents. To help ensure the department complies with the Foster Placement Regulations 1991 the Fostering Services (Wales) Regulations 2003 and associated national minimum standards, to advise service users on relevant aspects of fostering and associated legislation, and promote an awareness of the positive value of fostering.
Qualifications: Social Care Wales registration and BTEC Level 3 National Certificate/Diploma Children’s.
Experience: 2 Years of Social Work with Children and Young People In Need And Their Families.
Compliance: Up to date Social Care Wales/England registration and Enhanced DBS.
Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
Hours: 37hours p/w.
