Seven Social Care are looking for a number of temporary Homecare Support Workers to work in Swansea. These positions are on a rolling contract and will be paying £11.50 – £12.00 per hour via an umbrella company.
Supports patients by providing housekeeping and laundry services, shopping for food and other household requirements, preparing and serving meals and snacks, and running errands. Assists patients by providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Personal care of individual(s) – washing, toileting, emptying commodes.
Administration of Medication
Preparation and serving of food.
Cleaning of designated areas.
Laundry including use of domestic laundry equipment.
To complete any records and paperwork accurately and punctually as prescribed by the Authority.
Will involve basic routine medical care.
To act as first point of contact between individuals and Social Services Department and report on Individuals’ physical, mental and social health and wellbeing.
The appropriate use of provided protective equipment.
