Seven Social Care are looking for a temporary Housing Co-Ordinator to work with the Housing and Planning Service in Rugby. This position is initially for a period of 6 months and is paying £13.77 (this will be paid to you via an umbrella company). This is a full-time role (37 hours per week) and will involve working from 9am – 5pm from Monday – Friday.

The role:

The successful candidate will support and enhance the housing service that meets the purpose; to enable tenants to succeed and sustain their tenancy. You will work in partnership with two other Housing Coordinators around Allocations, Nominations, Right to Buy applications and all other Housing Services administrative tasks.

Key focus on the following areas:

  • Allocations and nominations
  • Former tenant arrears
  • Low level arrears
  • Housing administrative duties
  • Garage allocations and arrears
  • Termination of tenancies

Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualifications: N/A.
  • Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role.
  • Compliance: Current DBS check.
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 37 hours p/w.
